It has a large terrace that leads down to the beautiful circular swimming pool with water massage, and a further staircase in the cliffs leading to a platform on sea level with deck chairs and umbrellas and even a pool. Guests will also find a sauna and Turkish bath at the hotel.
The architect's idea was that the hotel should symbolize the great ocean-going steamers with arches and balconies located on the cliffs. Over the years the hotel has been frequented by many international celebrities (Liz Taylor, James Brown, Antony Queen, and others). In 2003 the hotel was completely renovated and refurnished in an elegant but simple style.

When you arrive at the parking lot on site, you won't sense the greatness of the place and the splendour of the views that await you immediately. It all seems a bit messy and not very well maintained, but as soon as you enter the hotel grounds and into the hall, the atmosphere is totally different.
The impressive view of Capo Caccia catches your breath from the very beginning, and it's a sight that you can never tire of. The hotel has a large restaurant that seats 240 people with views towards Capo Caccia - and you can also enjoy their meals under the stars on the outdoor terrace. The restaurant serves fresh seafood and traditional dishes from the country. It is open to outside guests, and sometimes wedding parties are held here, especially on Saturdays. This is an exciting opportunity to get close to an Italian family event.
The bay at the hotel is closed to general water traffic, and is only open for the hotel's own boat to enter. If you are interested in diving, this a wonderful place to do so, and there is the opportunity to go diving and explore exciting caves. General swimmers can enjoy snorkelling along the rocks in the crystal clear waters.
The hotel has a total of 92 rooms, all equipped with the comforts you would expect from a 5 star hotel including: most of them have a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, internet access, a safety deposit box, satellite TV, mini-bar, a telephone and a bathroom with toilet and shower and hairdryer.
