Here you stay in one of Alghero's most beautiful mansions in the historic centre on the tops floor. You'll be right by the piazza that links the town with the harbour.
Here you can stay close to everything without having to start the car. In a short walking distance you will find a restaurant and a bar (about 30 metres), a mini market (about 80 metres), a grocery store (about 300 metres), and a street market (about 200 metres). The property has an elevator so you don't have to walk or carry your shopping up four flights of stairs. If you do arrive by car, the car park is approx. 250 metres away.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lovely view of the harbour and the sea. Here you will find a kitchen with a dishwasher, a stove with 4 burners, a refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a microwave, an oven and a lounge with a television and a bathroom with a hairdryer. There is a Wi-Fi internet connection (but remember that the connections in Italy are not as good and as fast as at home). There is no air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan. As soon as you open the windows at night you will notice the sea breeze that will keep you cool on warm evenings.
The apartment is about 80 m² and is located on the 4th floor - there is a lift in the building. From the apartment there is a fine view of the harbour and the sea that you can enjoy from the living area and the bedroom. The apartment consists of a living room with a flat screen TV, a kitchen with a 4 burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, toaster, microwave, an oven and a dishwasher, a double bedroom and sea views, a master bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower, hairdryer.
