The low-rise buildings, the architecture which is characterized by local stones, small squares and wooden beams melt nicely into the landscape. The resort radiates a comfortable and quiet ambiance, which is mainly due to its spacious set up. Cala di Falco is divided into three parts: Il Borgo, the hotel and residence La Rotonda and the Villas. You can choose between apartments and hotel rooms and in this way exactly the holiday you want.
You'll probably want to come back
It's hard not to thrive here at Cala di Falco Resort, young or old. The location is as stated above tranquil and picteresque. The resort is situated in a green setting with the blue cristal clear water at your feet. Two swimming pools are waiting for you to take a refeshing dive. The main pool has a deck with sun beds, umbrellas and a bar where you can have a refreshments during the day. This one is shared for guests staying at the Hotel Il Borgo and Hotel La Rotonda.
Oh, those wonderful beaches ...
If you never heard it before, now you have. Sardinia is world famous for its stunning beaches with crystal clear water. And the best beaches are right out at Cala di Falco Resort and if you want to explore more, you can go around the island's many beaches by your own. Or you can also jump on the shuttle that is offered on site, and runs to the free beach Mannena. Another option is to take the Delphina Express (motorboat) departing on different trips around the archipelago and stops at various of the Costa Smeralda's famous beaches. What do you think of a new beach every day? It is actually possible in Sardinia! We will just point out that children under three can not get on the boat due to safety.
High quality food
The resort belongs to the Delphina hotel group, which is known for its quality, both in the standard of service and it's gastronomy. La Poiana and La Terrazza, are the names of the two restaurants to choose from here on site. At half board basis, the food comes in buffet style at La Poiano, a great buffet, well cooked and plentiful of varation. For a small extra fee you can dine at La Terrazza, with candle light on the terrace and panoramic views over the coast. We recommend that you book well in advance, as the number of places is limited. Do you need any special diet as ex. gluten-free food, just mention it when you book the table. We are convinced that no matter which of the restaurants you choose, you will be pleased and satisfied when you leave. If you want to try a different cuisine you can quickly and easily walk to one of the nearby restaurants, the first one around is just 150 meters away. Cannigione is small cozy village located approximately 500 meters from the resort.
Additional information
For the convenience, cash is not used in the resort. As an alternative you can use a type of "credit card" which is filled with the desired amount at your arrival, and whatever is left over is refunded on departure. There is free wifi in the reception and bar. Kitchen towels must be brought from home.
Rooms and apartments decorated in Sardinian style
The interior is furnished in bright colors and in the typica Sardinian style. All have a private terrace with two chairs and a table. The junior suite and the suite both have an open living room with sofa bed for one or two children. La Rotonda is a little more quiet and this is where you will find the apartments as well as some of the standard rooms.
