A short stroll will take you to the beach approx 200 metres away, and then you can return to enjoy each others company and cook a dinner together in the kitchen on the terrace by the pool. The nearest shops and restaurants are just 1 km away. Cagliari airport is just 20 km away.

Please note that five times a week a cleaner comes to the house, and also there is a maintenance man/ gardener to ensure that the pool is kept clean. Note: There is no indoor kitchen in the villa but there is an outer kitchen with a covered roof and a large marble table with benches and a patio.

- The villa is spacious (approx. 250 m²), and in addition to its own pool and terrace also has a private tennis court - but it costs money to use the tennis court with lighting at night - and an outdoor kitchen with large marble dining table. A small staircase leads to the porch and front door. The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. On the first floor you will find the double bedroom and two other bedrooms with double beds, both with en-suite bathroom with a shower. The villa is also equipped with an outdoor shower, a washing machine, dishwasher, a DVD player and air conditioning.
