The best thing about Villa Topazio is definitely the pool and we enjoyed it a lot.
The kitchen was not well equipped, as we needed to cook for 10 persons. The air-con was not the best either.
But the house was nice and big enough for the ten of us.

Flumini as a holiday destination

The supermarked is within walking distance. Here you can get all you need. You can also find restaurants with pizzas, selected fish, pasta and meat within walking distance. Flumini was not as expected, so you must rent a car to go and explore nearby areas and other beaches.

We chose Villa Topizio on Sardinia, since we were a big family of 9 adults and 4 kids. The house is spacious and nice. Good pool area, but the pool is deep, so the kids couldn't stand in it.

Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

We rented a car (Which is a must on the island) and went to the east coast and Costa Rai a couple of times. Here you can find fine, white beaches with a clear, turquoise ocean. There is also a beach 200 m from the house, which offers good swimming, but not as beautiful. We are very satisfied with our stay in this fine house on this incredibly beautiful island.

Recommendations for future guests

Restaurant: Clipper - just 1 km from the house. Good selection from the Italian kitchen, ranges from meat to fish and shellfish. Good service, good food. Good if you have kinds, since there is a playground for them.

Beaches on the eastern side is about a 40 min drive: Costa Rei, Cala Sinzias.

Drive to Flumini yourself, all the way down the coast towards south. Here you are met by beautiful views and small beaches, who are worth a visit.
