Only a 10 minute walk to the town with a baker, and other shopping facilities. The authentic Italy.
Only a 10-15 minutes drive to a lovely sandy beach.
Lovely view of the town from the terrace.
Very kind and helpful owner.
Nice location for various excursions.
The only small BUT, if it is, is a micro swimming pool.

Lovely apartment with it all. Lies in an old town with two supermarkets and a couple of restaurants. There's around 60 km to Cagliari, which should be experienced, otherwise there's 20 min to he nearest beaches. Peace and quiet. We were there outside of the high season.
