You can reach the famous beach La Cinta on foot from here, approx. 300 to 800 metres away from the apartments, depending on in which apartment you are staying in. The apartments all have either a veranda or covered terrace with outdoor furniture, a TV and a washing machine.
In San Teodoro centre which is about 700 metres from here, you can find a myriad af cafés, ice cream parlours and restaurants. Here you find other useful shops and services such as a bank, a pharmacy, etc. You can rent parasols, sun loungers, deck chairs etc on the beach for a fee.

The apartments are simply furnished and located on the 1st floor or 2nd floor. There is a parking lot next to the houses. We have chosen to convey the apartments which have either porch or covered patio with tables and chairs.

Very good location, about 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, amazing views all around.
House is quite nice, but it is rather convenient for 4 people. It has two small gardens, front and back, which is good for families with children. 2 nice playgrounds in the neighborhood.
The weakest side of the apartment is quite old equipment (eg. sofa bed not too comfortable) and lack of many hardware in the kitchen (eg. not enough cutlery, no kettle, no mop to clean the floor). And very thin glass in the door - we were billed for capturing one of them due to a draft, which was not entirely our fault.
No internet in the house (available only in agency approx. 15 minutes walk).
Even though it was a very nice holiday. I would recommend especially for people with a car that can bring here the most necessary things.
