Very good location, about 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, amazing views all around.
House is quite nice, but it is rather convenient for 4 people. It has two small gardens, front and back, which is good for families with children. 2 nice playgrounds in the neighborhood.
The weakest side of the apartment is quite old equipment (eg. sofa bed not too comfortable) and lack of many hardware in the kitchen (eg. not enough cutlery, no kettle, no mop to clean the floor). And very thin glass in the door - we were billed for capturing one of them due to a draft, which was not entirely our fault.
No internet in the house (available only in agency approx. 15 minutes walk).
Even though it was a very nice holiday. I would recommend especially for people with a car that can bring here the most necessary things.
It is about 15 minutes walk to the bus stop where you can go to the neighboring village (very nice Porto Sao Paulo with cruises to the island Tavolara and old town in Posada).
Rental cars are cheaper in Olbia, eg. at the airport.
We were at the turn of April and May, so more pre-season. Many restaurants were closed and cruise-boats had not yet held. Behind it was empty at the beach which was most important for us.
Beware of the siesta! Many places are closed a few hours during the day
