Terrazze Lu Fraili is situated in peaceful surroundings on the Puntaldia peninsula. Puntaldia and Lu Fraili have small urban communities where you can find a few small grocery stores and restaurants, whereas in San Teodoro there are bigger shops and a greater choice of eateries.
It is possible to play golf on the Puntaldia peninsula at the Puntaldia Golf club with its 18 hole course. The beach is approx. 1.8 km away, where you can rent parasols and deck chairs, and also pedalos and boats. Guests in the apartments share the garden, but each apartment has its own outdoor area and one covered parking space.

The apartments are newly built but simply furnished. They all have panoramic views (which of course is more panoramic on the first floor than the ground floor). They all have a television and a washing machine and a covered terrace with table and chairs. There is a parking space right next to the apartments.

A very calm and peaceful place in a little village. Very nice apartment with a clean bathroom and kitchen, and easy to cook there. Big terrace overlooking the neighborhood.
