With just five apartments in the house of Vecchio Stazzo, you stay in a peaceful location set in a green garden scattered with century old olive trees, and a shared BBQ. You are not far from the charming centre of San Teodoro where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
Vecchio Stazzo means old barn in Sicilian, but in reality, the house is brand new; however it mimics the structure of an old stable in its architecture. The nearest beach is the famous La Cinta beach where it is possible to hire sun loungers and parasols, water bikes and boats. The beach is situated approx. 2 km from the house.

Apartments
The house has 5 apartments which are equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a TV, a microwave oven, an electric kettle. They have a private bathroom with a toilet, shower and hair dryer and outdoor shower. All apartments are 2 bedroom apartments that can sleep a maximum of 6 people, and they are on either the ground or first floor.
The apartments measure approx. 45 m² and consist of a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed (suitable for children under 12), a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet, shower and a washing machine.
The apartments are approx. 55 m² and consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a washing machine and a double sofa bed (best for children under 12 years old) and access to a covered terrace with table and chairs. On the floor above there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet, shower and hairdryer, terrace.
