The villa has a nice private outdoor area from where there are sea views. The garden which surrounds the villa is on different levels.
Simple but comfortable
A family or a couple can really relax here without worrying about breaking anything. It's comfortable without being fussy and the furnishings are simple but ample. The garden has a number of patios and is on different levels with a green lawn. It is approx. 1400 metres to the nearest supermarket, restaurant and pizzeria and just around 1600 metres to the beach.

- The villa is 150 square metres in size and is spread over two floors. The ground floor consists of a living room with a dining area, a kitchen with a cooker, a fridge and a freezer, a double bedroom, bathroom with a toilet and a bath and washing machine. A staircase leads to the first floor which consists of two bedrooms of which one has a double bed and one has three beds, a balcony with sea views, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
There is a barbeque, an outdoor shower and private parking available at the villa.
