Residence Fenicia is slightly elevated above the sea level. When you want to take a swim, you just follow the gravel path from the hotel for 200 metres down to the water's edge. Splash, it's as easy as that! A beach service with an umbrella and sun beds are included in the price of the stay. The beach is wide and sandy and there are also small picturesque lagoons.

Following the reception area and the bar you go directly out to the large pool which is heated during the colder months. From here you can gaze out to sea. The beach, the pool and the garden are undoubtedly Residence Fenicia strengths, while the standard and size of the apartments is more modest and average, but they are nice and clean.
The residence has a reception area, a bar, internet point and Wi-Fi (for an extra charge). There is also a pinball machine. There is a small restaurant at the residence which serves set menus (choice of two starters and two main courses) which change daily. The alternative is to dine in a restaurant around 400 metres away along the beach which is a pizzeria also. Outside you can participate in football, tennis, table tennis and hire bikes. There is free parking on site under canopies for guests.
These 16 apartments all have a furnished terrace and are located on the 1st floor. They are divided into 8 x Ginestra, which is 1 room with a kitchenette and two single beds or double bed - and 8 x Lentischio, which is also 1 room but with a double bed and no kitchen corner but with breakfast. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning (extra charge), Wi-Fi (extra charge), satellite TV and a bathroom with toilet, hair dryer and shower. Take advantage of the Ginestra choice and there is a kitchen corner with a microwave oven, a refrigerator / freezer and a four-burner stove. Lentischio has a small refrigerator and kettle. The apartments don't generally have ocean view, but some may still benefit from a slight sea view. The apartments may have internal steps. Note that during the off-season, breakfast is included in the price, while it can be purchased in high season.

The kitchen corner consists of a microwave, a fridge / freezer, and a four ring gas hob. They have a living room with two single sofa beds and one double bed and measure approx. 48 m². They generally don't all have a sea view but some may benefit from a partial sea view. Some of them have internal steps. Not that during the off-season, breakfast is included in the price, while it can be purchased in the high season.
Lovely place, which has its own path down to a very lovely beach. The kids i particular enjoyed the big pool and us grownups enjoyed the great view and not least the beach and the ocean. A very vigorous and well-kept place. The accommodations and their arrangement however a bit older. No luxurious arrangement and a bit small.
We enjoyed the free breakfast the place offers outside of the season by the pool area.
It was worth all the money, and I can only recommend the place for families with children and everyone else.
