Terrazze Costa d'Orlando

You will find a pleasant and cosy town centre just around the corner with just enough shops and restaurants in a pedestrian area to give you choice, without feeling like you are in a big city. The charming Piazza Matteotti - the central square offers you a great place where you can sit and enjoy a coffee and watch the locals meet and greet.

Dine in the town and along the seafront

You will find eateries here to suit all budgets and tastes: there are both fish restaurants along the seafront, small cozy restaurants in the narrow streets around the shopping streets and the central piazza and pizzerias scattered across the town. If you want to cater for yourselves at home, you will find several supermarkets nearby. You can try many of the local delicacies from this region in the delicatessens in town including fine Sicilian wines, capers, charcuterie, cheese and olives and divine cakes and pastries of course.

Spend days on the beach

Cross the road in front of the apartments (this is the lungomare - long beach road or promenade) and you will be on the lovely beach. There are free parts of the beach where you can pitch up with your towels and own parasols, and also parts known as lidos where you can rent umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee. There are many cafes along the beach also so you will never be far from a snack or a drink. You can also relax on the small grass lawn in front of the apartments.

Arrive by public transport if you like?

Not everyone wants to hire a car and drive when they land in a foreign airport. Here you have the choice to travel from both Catania or Palermo airports in Sicily by train directly to Capo d'Orlando. Once you are here, everything is within walking distance in the town, and you can even take boat trips to the Aeolian Islands and train rides to many interesting places along the coast. You can hire bikes in town also. If you want to get up in the mountains though, we do recommend that you hire a car.

Enjoy the great view from the terrace

Kick back on the terrace at the end of the day and watch the sun set over the bay. Each apartment has a wide and comfortable terrace where there is space for everyone without having to sit too close. Inside you will find that the apartments are well equipped and nicely decorated. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave in the living room. They are all equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, flat-screen TV. There are a total of six apartments in the house and each has a space in the car park. You can use the shared laundry.
