Here you stay away from the crowds with wonderful views in this three storey villa with a small pool. Yet with a short trip of just 2 km you can be in the popular town of Castellammare del Golfo.
The villa is situated on the slopes of the famous "belvedere" view point, and is named after it. It is near two restaurants (about 300 metres) and approx. 2 km away from the cosy centre and port of Castellammare del Golfo with its rich array of shops and restaurants.

The villa has 3 terraces, one on each floor where you can sit and enjoy the views. One of the terraces includes the swimming pool of 4 x 8 metres. Despite the many terraces, there isn't actually a garden.

- The villa was built in 1980, and the furniture has not changed since. The decor is simple and a bit worn, but the house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a kitchen with a microwave and a conventional oven. The villa is on three levels, with a bathroom on each floor.
The entrance is on the ground floor where there is a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the sea. There is a kitchen, 4 bedrooms of which 3 have a double bed and one has two single beds. One bedroom has a fireplace and three large windows overlooking the sea.
