Villa Corte is a nice little house with a pool and sea views situated in the countryside between Scopello and Castellammare del Golfo on the western coast of Sicily. The house sleeps 5, has air conditioning and a washing machine and a private garden and parking.
The landscape around the villa is both lush and dry and confirms most people's expectations of what it is like to be on this huge and warm island. The colours are a mixture of reds, greens and yellow with blue tones on the horizon - that is the ocean. The house itself seems a bit worn outside but is pretty nevertheless - it's basically a small farmhouse built in white stone. The renovation of the house has been completed with care and good taste. The floors are all nicely renovated with local character and the owner has been extra careful to create a comfortable lighting (as opposed to most Italian houses that normally only have one light in the middle of the ceiling).

The pool has been nicely positioned in the front of the house, where you can enter from one end from an artificial beach where it is shallow and therefore particularly suitable for small children. As you move toward the centre it gets a little deeper. There is a small well and a wide sun terrace with loungers by the pool, and next to the house (near the pool), there is a barbeque area where you can prepare meals. Both the pool and the barbeque area overlook the countryside and the sea in the distance.

- The house is on two floors and is approx. 75 m² inside. You enter into a living room. where there is dining table and a sofa, and 4 steps to the left there is the kitchen with an electric oven, microwave and a 4 burner stove. From the living room there is a door leading to a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. A staircase leads from the hallway up to the floor above, where there is a loft with three single beds - from the loft you can see down to the living room. The house is also complete with air conditioning and washing machine.
