Villa Patrizia is located in Castellammare del Golfo's highest position surrounded by a green garden with a small but nice and refreshing swimming pool. There is also a barbeque in the garden and ample parking spaces for guests.
It is only 1.5 km away for the cosy centre of Castellammare with it's fine restaurants and cafes, and 2.5 km away from some really wonderful beaches. Many more picturesque beaches can be found just a little further away. Scopello for example, is only 5 km away which has a beautiful beach at the entrance to Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve.

The owners of the villa live on the ground floor and are always available - they speak good English too, which is helpful for recommendations and advice on excursions and restaurants. In addition to the owners own housing, there are three apartments at the villa, all of which are equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and a private outdoor terrace.
is approx. 45 m². It consists of a living room with a kitchenette with television and air conditioning, a double bedroom, a small room (without window) with bunk beds, bathroom with toilet and shower and veranda with table and chairs. It is possible to add an extra sleeping bed.
is approx. 160 m² and air-conditioned. The entrance to the apartment is via an outdoor staircase that leads up to the first floor. Here you will find a spacious and bright living room with a kitchenette with access to the terrace overlooking the garden and the blue sea in the distance, a double bedroom and a private bathroom with toilet and shower, bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with bunk beds and another bathroom with toilet and a bath. It is possible to add an extra bed.

We were in the cabin for 4 days. The pool was fine for a small swim or cool-down. The WIFI rarely worked and only at the office and outside at the pool. The shower-cabin was 60cmx60cm, so a full grown adult has problem fitting in. The BBQ is unstable so its dripping the wrong way.
When said, then it is great with a small kitchen, bbq, good hostess and welcome. Fine distance to the city if you have no issues with walking.

Very cozy and nicely decorated apartment. Nice and clean. Lovely view from the balcony, and nice little garden by the pool. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable.
Een fantastisch mooi en groot appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Super schoon en netjes. Bedden zijn goed. De eigenaar woont op de begane grond en is erg vriendelijk. Huis lijkt afgelegen te staan maar staat aan de rand van een woonwijk van Castellamare. Maar nog steeds heb je prachtig uitzicht op de bergen achter Castellammare. En een supermarkt is op loopafstand.
Very sweet hosts. Good location and spacious apartment. Fantastic view from the 1st floor. Missed a covered terrace. Weather shifts up on the mountain. Nice on a warm day. City is super cosy. Be aware of the incline towards the house. Not for the walking-impaired.
Fantastic accommodation in outskirts of town, very kind couple who owned the house, we haven't got a negative thing to say, except it being fantastic! You have to be prepared to drive a bit far to get to the beach and town centre.
