We were in the cabin for 4 days. The pool was fine for a small swim or cool-down. The WIFI rarely worked and only at the office and outside at the pool. The shower-cabin was 60cmx60cm, so a full grown adult has problem fitting in. The BBQ is unstable so its dripping the wrong way.
When said, then it is great with a small kitchen, bbq, good hostess and welcome. Fine distance to the city if you have no issues with walking.
We had over all a good stay.

Very cozy and nicely decorated apartment. Nice and clean. Lovely view from the balcony, and nice little garden by the pool. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable.
It is difficult to drive and park in town, but it is a cozy town with a lot of good restaurants.

Een fantastisch mooi en groot appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Super schoon en netjes. Bedden zijn goed. De eigenaar woont op de begane grond en is erg vriendelijk. Huis lijkt afgelegen te staan maar staat aan de rand van een woonwijk van Castellamare. Maar nog steeds heb je prachtig uitzicht op de bergen achter Castellammare. En een supermarkt is op loopafstand.
Castellammare del Golfo is een mooi dorpje aan zee. Uitstapjes naar Zingaro, Palermo, Selinunte (ligt aan de zuidkant van het eiland maar door de snelweg ben je hier zo en is een aanrader voor als je niet naar Agrigento kan), Segeste, Erice en nog veel meer.

Very sweet hosts. Good location and spacious apartment. Fantastic view from the 1st floor. Missed a covered terrace. Weather shifts up on the mountain. Nice on a warm day. City is super cosy. Be aware of the incline towards the house. Not for the walking-impaired.

Fantastic accommodation in outskirts of town, very kind couple who owned the house, we haven't got a negative thing to say, except it being fantastic! You have to be prepared to drive a bit far to get to the beach and town centre.
The height point of the trip was to rent a boat at the dock, and sailing to the most wonderful beaches!

Villa Patrizia lies fine with a view over Castellamare del Golfo, fine terrace with view, pool in the garden and all necessary facilities. We were one family with 2 adults + spouse and the house worked well with it. The host is very helpful and gave good advice, both in terms of shopping, places to eat (he booked a table for us) and attractions and map over the town.
The kitchen had what we needed and there was even coffee and a bottle of red wine from the host - good start to a vacation.
We were mostly here to get some sun and heat, and you certainly get that in Sicily in July! If you want to see more of the island you should travel in the fall or spring. We were of the opinion that it is too far to Etna without staying there an extra night, but Palermo and Segesta are fine day-trips; but July is very warm for sightseeing.
