Hotel Costa Verde is located at walking distance from the beach and at 6km from Cefalu center.
Cefalu is an historic city radiating a relaxed atmosphere anywhere you go. It features a unique phenomenon that the historic part of the town is bordering the sea. So you can actually go to the beach in the oldest part of town. The main tourist attraction, the Cathedral, is at the same time the visual magnet when you look over the historic town, from the parallel road as you approach the city from the top road. The cathedral reflects the various influence of Sicilian history, Norman, Latin, Greek and Arab. The historic part of the town and the area around, facilitates a cozy atmosphere and plenty of restaurants, espresso bars, ice cream shops and shops. Beautiful beaches are not only to find in the historic part of town, as well as in the near surroundings.
If you are a nature freak, you are came to the right spot, as the Madonie mountains and national reserve are within close range of the hotel. The Madonie Park lends itself to walking, mountain biking and hiking with many wonderful routes varying in difficulty and length.
Often you hear parents saying, “when the children are happy, I am happy” There is no doubt if your children, at any age, are happy in this resort, as many facilities and services are adapted to them. One of the highlights is the Aquapark with various spectacular slides and the large swimming pool and a special children’s pool. Coming out of the pool the children can play on the play ground and in season (june-september) there is animation at the mini club and junior club.

Of course when the kids are busy in the Aquapark you have time available for yourself. Costa Verde did not underestimated this and for adults created a large spa and wellness center, featuring a sauna, large whirlpool or Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym and the possibility for various massages and body treatments. Furthermore you can find a tennis court, jue de boules court, table tennis and at the beach you have more sports and activities that you can embark on. (beach volleyball, windsurfing, sailing etc) Definitely there is no need to be bored. The beach is at about 1 km distance from the hotel and if you don’t like to walk, there is the shuttle bus to take you there. The beach (lido) has its designated area for hotel Costa Verde, facilitating sunbeds and umbrellas.
Whether you stay half board, full board or all-inclusive, with 2 restaurants, 2 bars and a snack bar we are sure that the dish you are looking for is available. Every night you have grilled meat or fish, 3 types of pastas, pizza’s and salads available and once a week there is a gala dinner at one of the restaurants. For the dessert, we leave that to your fantasy but it is mostly sweet in Sicily…
Hotel Costa Verde features a total of 388 rooms. The rooms are comfortable and warmly furnished. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace, a fridge, sat TV, telephone, air conditioner and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. One note though, the main road is running close to the hotel, so there might be noice from traffic.
