This beautiful house is located only 50 metres from Cefalù's lovely beach and a little set back from the busy promenade. There are plenty of shops nearby and a supermarket within 500 metres, not to mention many cafes and restaurants. The charming historic centre of Cefalù is literally just around the corner.
