San Noto Antica Residenza di Caccia is 400 metres above sea level on the north coast of Sicily between Brolo and Ficarra. Here you will have wonderful views overlooking the lush hillsides and the sea that typically characterize the Nebrodi mountain landscape.

Stefania and her family and their calm dog live and work together at Agriturismo San Noto and welcome you proudly to their homely accommodation. Together they produce olive oil and farm their land which includes orchards of orange trees and a number of other different types of fruit trees. They also make their own soap based on the natural ingredients from the farm.

Swim in the pool or sea
San Noto has a very nice garden and a new small swimming pool in the garden in front of the house. When you want to swim in the sea, it's nice to know that the beach is not too far away. A trip of 5km will take you to the sandy shores at Brolo, and 7km to Gliaca di Piraino. Both are very nice beaches and are also small towns with shops and other amenities. The nearest restaurant is around 700 metres from here and there are several more within 2km.
Comfortable rooms in the old olive press
There are only 5 rooms available here, and they are all housed in the old olive press. All rooms have an entrance from the large communal terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view over the sea and some of the Aeolian Islands. They are warmly decorated and furnished with antiques from the 19th Century. Each room has of course a private bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. They all have air conditioning, a mini fridge and flat-screen TV.
- The three Standard rooms have double beds and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. It is possible to add a cot. - The only Junior Suite has a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. - There is also a Suite which consists of two separate bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and the other has a double bed and a shared bathroom with a toilet and shower. This room is suitable for wheelchair users.

Room Il Vecchio Forno is approximately 19 m² and has an input from the large common terrace between the house and the pool from where you can look out to sea and the Aeolian Islands. The bathroom in this room is suitable for wheelchair users.
Room Le Botti is approximately 23 m² and has an input from the large common terrace between the house and the pool from where you can look out to sea and the Aeolian Islands.
Room Il Frantoio is about 25 m² and has a shared entrance with a side lying Junior Suite, from the large common terrace between the house and the pool from where you can look out to sea and the Aeolian Islands. The window faces the courtyard, the valley and the sea.
Junior Suite room is about 30 m² and can host up to 3 guests in a double bed and a single bed. You have an entrance to the room from the communal terrace facing the sea but its windows facing the hillside.
The suite room is about 37 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single bed and a bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious and suitable for wheelchair users.
You can rent all five rooms and have the whole swimmingpool to yourselves. You can use the communal kitchen to prepare light meals for lunch and dinner. By the kitchen you'll find an outdoor area with tables and chairs - gathering as a big group might be more complicated if the weather isn't living up to the expectations though. The owner lives next door and will still provide breakfast (included in the price).
