The house is approx. 2 km from the small and quaint town of Mirto where you will find shopping opportunities and a few restaurants. There are also restaurants on the country roads around Mirto. Approx 15 mins downhill will take you to the popular coastal town of Capo d'Orlando where there are many shops, restaurants and a long stretch of beach. During the peak season, there are many lido's on the beach, offering various activities and entertainment for families.

The villa is set on a beautiful hillside overlooking the sea, and on a clear day, you can see the Aeolian Islands on the horizon from the pool and terrace of 5 x 9 metres. The garden has the characteristic orange trees that you can pick the fruits from mid November to late April. The house belongs to a larger farm that produces excellent olive oil, oranges, lemons and other kinds of fruit.
The house itself is very pleasant inside and out. It is simply decorated with high wooden beamed ceilings and spacious rooms each with windows that open to reveal the wonderful views.
Lovely rustic house with a good kitchen, it would have been nice with a roof over the terrace, though. Fine swimming pool, but not very deep.
