Terrazza Bouganvillea is on the "right" side of the highway, on the beach side, in Sampieri's cosy centre. Just step out of the apartment and within a very short stroll, you will be on the beach. It is an equally short stroll to the nearest shops and cafes. To get to the restaurants you need to use the car, but during the summer you can eat light meals at one of the beach cafes nearby.
The apartment is well equipped and very well maintained. It has air conditioning, a washing machine, a well equipped kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher and television. Its greatest quality, however is the outdoor terrace with good and solid furniture and even a rooftop terrace with sea views.

- The apartment has an entrance from the terrace on the first floor. On this floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with single bed and the possibility of an extra bed and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the floor above (attic) is another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a laundry room with a washing machine and even a terrace with sea views.
