Balconi Crimaldi is a beautiful property located in the upper part of town, but still a short distance from the main street Via Aluntina, where there are several cafes and the recommended restaurant La Macina.
The house is situated in a quiet location and has breathtaking views of the ocean and mountain views from the two balconies where there is room for a few chairs, but not for a table. The apartment is well appointed and is equipped with air conditioning and a TV.

- The apartment has an entrance from the street and is approx. 70 m². It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and access to a balcony facing the town and the coastline. There is a small bedroom with two single beds, a master bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with beautiful sea views, and a spacious bathroom with a toilet and shower.
It is approx. 6 - 7 miles to the coast from here which should take around 15 minutes by car. The best beaches are in the nearby town of Capo d'Orlando, around 1/2 hour drive from San Marco towards Messina. San Marco is also an ideal starting point for excursions into the exciting Nebrodi mountains that surround the town.
Balconi Crimaldi is a super lovely apartment. Big and well-equipped and with a first class view of the ocean.
Parking is a little bit from the apartment, since you can't drive in the old quarter of the town.
