I Casali di Margello sits on the slopes of the Nebrodi mountains, south of Capo d'Orlando. It is an old farm that has undergone total renovation. The owner himself lives on site and manages the farm activities. His wife looks after the bedrooms and manages the farm restaurant.
The farm offers a relaxing and authentic Sicilian atmosphere. The reception still houses a huge and almost complete olive press which used to be worked by donkeys. The restaurant is found on the first floor in the main house. It serves local dishes often based on meat from the Nero di Nebrodi (a special type of black pig) which has a completely unique flavour and is very tender and juicy.
