Le Palme di Conturrana is in the pleasant small seaside town of San Vito Lo Capo. It is just a short walk (about 300 metres) from San Vito Lo Capo's good sandy beach and even less distance to the shops and restaurants. It is a relatively newly built apartment with private parking in the garage under the building for each apartment.
There is no pool at the apartments, however, you can use the swimming pool at the nearby Le Palme di Conturrana Tropical, or indeed just stick to the beach if you prefer swimming in the sea.

The apartments are spacious and quite well maintained. They all have air conditioning, satellite television, a microwave and one parking space per apartment. Ground floor apartments have access to the terrace , while those on the first floor have a wide balcony . Despite the proximity to the sea, there is no sea view from either the apartments on the ground floor or first floor .
