You will find Le Palme in the high part of the pleasant coastal town of San Vito Lo Capo, yet only 500 metres from the beach and the pedestrian area where various evening entertainment is held in high season, and even closer to shops and restaurants in the town centre itself.
Relax in the apartment's beautiful and well maintained garden with palm trees and other exotic plants that justifies the term "tropical" in the title. At the end of the garden you will find the pool area with a terrace with loungers and parasols. Please note that in addition to the guests staying in the house, guests at the nearby resort of Le Palme di Conturrana Classic also have access to the pool. However, experience shows that most people prefer to use the good wide sandy beach instead of the pool. Either way, you have the choice!

On site there are only one bedroom apartments which are located either on the ground floor or first floor. The ground floor apartments have a terrace, while those on the first floor have balconies. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee the floor in advance, but we are happy to receive customers' requests. All apartments facilities include air conditioning, one parking space, a TV and a kitchen cabinet with small fridge and two electric plates
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen cabinet and two beds as sofa-beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet, a shower and hair dryer. The apartment also has access to a balcony (1st floor) or terrace (ground floor). There are sea views from some of the apartments.
