Villa Ganziria located on a private fenced lot and has a nice pool exclusively for your use. Nearby you will find shops, a pharmacy, a bank and other useful places all within walking distance. For eating out, it is just a short walk from the house to a rustic restaurant where you can taste the region's traditional food and be sure to get good value for money.
The pool area is right by the house and it is possible to enclose it with wood panelling, which can be handy if you are travelling with small children. There is a wonderful sun terrace by the pool where you can sit in the evening and enjoy the view of the town and the sea with fishing boats sailing in the dark in front of you. You can drive the car and your luggage to the door and put the car in the covered parking by the house.

When you walk in the door, you will find a large and cosy living room. To the left is an area with a sofa by the fireplace, to the right there is a billiard table. Further on there is another sofa set in front of a large flat screen TV to the right and a well-equipped kitchen en suite with a dining table to the left. At the end of the room there is a large wall consisting of glass doors leading out to the covered terrace with sea views. There are high ceilings and this room and it is the meeting place where everyone can be together or separately but still in company with all the others. A door to the left leads to the laundry room and a bathroom with shower. Also to the left of the living area there is a room with a large bath with water massage and a glass wall overlooking the sea. You can also book a massage.
To the right of the living room is a night area that is distributed on two levels, each with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom is inspired by nature's elements (fire, water, air and land) as well as stone and wood and contains two beds as double beds or two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. The bedrooms are spacious and all have private facilities with a toilet and shower - two of the rooms also have access to a terrace facing the sea.
The separate Villa Santa Croce nearby with a small lake is also available. If you are a large group, you can rent the two houses together, which will provide sleeping space for 28 people in total. If you only rent one of the villas, you will only see the other guests at the port.
