Villa Playa is located on the right side of the road between Santa Maria del Focallo - a small community in the Ispica municipality which is lively in the summer months, and the town of Pozzallo, where you will find restaurants and shopping.
Here you can relax in front of the house, either under the canopy or in the sun while the kids play in the 8,000 m² garden planted with palm trees and trees of various kinds. From the large green garden, which is completely fenced, there is access to a path that follows some steps leading to two beaches, one to the east and another to the west. Take your pick from where you want to jump into the water!

The area behind the Villa Playa is known for the wonderful combination of baroque cities and gastronomy - the culture goes in other words, hand in hand with the good food. We recommend that you arrive by car in order to get about and make the most of the wonderfully interesting places to visit nearby. In under an hour you can visit Noto (about 30 km), Modica (about 33 km), Scicli (about 37 km), Ragusa (about 40 km), Syracuse (50 km) and the Vendicari Nature Reserve (approx. 20km).
The house has plenty of outside space so that you can enjoy the fresh sea air whilst dining outside on your holiday. The house has a barbeque with a seating area outside in the spacious garden to the front of the house. In-fact there is plenty of garden furniture in the outdoor areas so you can take your pick where you would like to sit.

The house is divided into three parts, but it is rented as a whole. There is air conditioning / heating and satellite TV in all units. There is also Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a barbeque and, if necessary, a cot and a high chair.
- Nausica room has an independent entrance from the garden and has a double bed. It has its own bathroom with a toilet and shower, a hair dryer and outdoor kitchen where you can make a cup of coffee without having to use the larger kitchen .
- The room Calipso has direct access from the garden and comprises a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower and hair dryer. Also here is an outdoor kitchen available right outside the door.
- Penelope room consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a DVD player and the possibility of two beds as a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and even a bathroom with a toilet and shower and hairdryer.
