Located in the hills above Borgo San Gregorio near Scafa, it offers uninterrupted views of the bay below and over the castle and peninsula of Capo d'Orlando. The shops are 2 km away, and the sea approx. 5 km by car.
Near to the house is a natural fresh water source so you don't need to buy bottled water if you'd prefer to drink the natural source directly. There is also a small bread shop nearby.
The house has plenty of space inside and out ensuring that large groups or family members can find their own space when they need it. With 'family' in mind you can see how much this Villa has been loved by the owners with the memorabilia of generations decorating the walls.

Villa Carla - 4 bedroom villa : The Villa is split over two levels and has a parking place, garden and terrace with views. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a very spacious living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed and a long dining table, bathroom and an extra kitchen. On the first floor there is a spacious hall with double sofa bed, bathroom, four bedrooms with double bed, one with en suite bathroom.
The villa is close to Villa Cucinotta (approx. 50 m) and both villas could be rented together making room for 16-18 people in total.
