Villa Cucinotta is set in the hills above Borgo San Gregorio on the way up to the historic town of Naso. The villa is surrounded by lush vegetation which is a feature of the Nebrodi mountains. Visitors will find that it is pleasantly green here all year round.
The villa offers it's visitors the most spectacular views, stretching right along the coast from Capo d'Orlando to Testa di Monaco in the San Gregorio Bay, and out to the Aeolian islands that are scattered along the horizon.

The villa has a private garden and car parking. It is necessary to have a car to get here, as the road is much too steep for bike enthusiasts, and public transport is virtually unheard of in these parts.
The villa is divided into two floors and would suit a large family or two families travelling together. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with access to the outdoor terrace, a dining area and fireplace as well as a TV, a kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms with two single beds, a bedroom with double bed, another bathroom and a sun terrace with sea views. Two extra single beds can be added to accommodate 10 people in total.
Within around ten minutes by car, visitors can reach Capo d'Orlando, a popular town offering a variety of shops, restaurants and amenities for tourists and also the wonderful beaches that stretch along this part of the coast.
The villa is close to Villa Carla (approx. 50 m) and both villas could be rented together making room for 16-18 people in total.
