To arrive at the house you have to follow a gravel road for 4 km through scenic countryside with olive groves on either side. It is in a very peaceful and beautiful spot. Carry on to Sciacca and you will find a good selection of shops and dining options in a really attractive town centre. The house does not have a pool, but you can take a swim in the sea after a drive of approx. 9 km.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 burner stove, an oven, a microwave, an electric coffee maker (but no dishwasher). There is only air conditioning in one living room on the first floor but since the valley generally receives a fresh breeze at night, it is enough to keep the temperature down a bit in high summer.

- This country house is on two floors of 240 m² in total. It has entrances on the ground floor of the large covered terrace to the large living room with a fireplace and a suite with a dining kitchen. Here there is also a double bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower and a washing machine. A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a spacious living room with a pianola (self-playing piano) and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, one of which can be moved to one of the double rooms on this floor. From this room, which is equipped with air conditioning, you have an entrance to two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with toilet and bath.
