Villa Margherita has a panoramic location outside Scopello town where you will find the nearest restaurants, a grocery store and a bakery. A few hundred metres from the villa is a courtyard from the 1600's, called Baglio, that tells the story of the island's enchanting history.
Already from the road leading to the villa, one can see the magnificent terrace with its elegant decor, where you are likely to spend many of your best holiday moments. The breathtakingly beautiful views take in the bay, the old towers and the many shades of blue and gray of the rocks and the sea.

The area's coastline with its cherished stone beaches invites you to swim and in addition you can windsurf, snorkel and scuba diving as well as fish. It's just a kilometre down to the water from the house. The surrounding landscape is also a great place to take walks and bike rides.
The villa includes besides the aforementioned terrace, an outdoor bath, a small wash house with washing machine, a barbeque area with a table and chairs and private parking.

- The villa is equipped with air conditioning and is divided into a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV with decoder, DVD player, music system and a highly modern and well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a selection of local wines for sale. There is also a bathroom with a toilet. The villa additionally features two bedrooms; a double room kept in natural wood colours that match the furniture and a bright room with two single beds. Each has a private bathroom; one with toilet, hairdryer and shower and a second bathroom only with a toilet.
