Villa Cycas lies by the mouth of the river Belice, less than 150 m from the lovely sandy beach below the garden. A gravel path leads to the villa, so you have to drive carefully. However, the views over the coast line make the drive worthwhile. In this part of Sicily, the azure Mediterranean meets white sandy beaches that hide behind fields scented by lilies and herbs.
The villa has been furnished for a permanent family, so there is plenty of space and nice light rooms. The garden is wonderful and has tall palms and flowers that separate the terrace by the house from the sea.

Since sommer 2006 the villa have a swimming pool in the garden at disposal of the guests. The position of the villa is quite exceptional, close to the Greek ruins at Selinunte, the largest archaeological park in Europe, only 7 km from here. Close by there are also shops, restaurant and café.
House with 5/7 sleeps (approx. 200 m²):
The house covers 200 m² and is split over two floors. Steps lead up to the villa terrace and entrance. From here you enter a large living/dining room. The kitchen has a stove with oven, and access to a terrace. A laundry room on the same floor has a washing machine. On the lower floor there are also two bedrooms with two single beds in each and access to the garden, a bedroom with single bed and bathroom with toilet and shower.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with balcony and en suite bathroom with toilet and shower. The villa is air conditioned.
