Hotel Gasserhof enjoys a wonderful location in the village of Sant'Andrea, approx. 7km from Bressanone in the valley. The town is small and cosy and is very panoramic. There is a Euro Spar supermarket, a bakery, a post office, a bank and both a pizzeria and restaurant in the town. From here it is around 1 km to the cable car ‘Plose’ which will take you right up to Valcroce (2,050 m) where you can dine in an incredible panoramic restaurant and be surrounded by hiking trails. If you do not wish to drive, you can take a bus to Bressanone every hour.

You can dine here at the hotel in the in-house restaurant which is decorated in a classic Tyrolean style and is open for lunch and dinner. It is often visited by locals which is always a good sign. The atmosphere is good and the cuisine is a fine mix of dishes from the Dolomites and the South Tyrol. There is also a bar in the restaurant and a wine cellar where you can try a wide selection of local and national wines.
When you need to totally relax, you will find a stylish and modern equipped wellness area, with a Finnish sauna, a Turkish steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium, as well as a Whirlpool and indoor and outdoor swimming pool. There is also a childrens playground for the Young ones and other features include a reception, a lobby and elevator, free parking in the car park, or you can pay a fee for garage parking. Note that in the vicinity is village school which is currently undergoing some construction work.
The 9 rooms are nicely decorated in warm colours and all have a small refrigerator, LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. These rooms have a private balcony that is larger than those in standard rooms. They sleep a family of up to four people in these rooms, consisting of two rooms (separated by a sliding door).

These rooms have a private balcony that is larger than those in standard rooms.
