A small electric train runs from just below the house several times a day that will take you up to the Belvedere lift. Shopping facilities are within approximately 100 metres.
Casa Anny appears as a typical "Alpine mountain" house, which has three apartments for rent out of a total of 20 apartments of the house. The other apartments are inhabited by the locals, which is why unnecessary noise at night is not tolerated. The apartments are privately owned and decor and condition may vary.
