Here you can soak up the views, fresh air, and explore the area around the Lake easily from here. The old villa has been completely renovated and appears incredibly beautiful, bright and well maintained.
There are two beautiful rooms available for rent on the villa's ground floor. As guests in one of the rooms, you get allocated two sun loungers to use on the shared green lawn in front of the apartments with views over the lake. You can also use the small pool in the garden - 8 x 4 metres, which is kept open during the summer months. The villa is within walking distance of the lake shore, but to actually bathe in the lake you will need to take the car and drive a little further. There is parking at the villa, and there are also four bikes that can be used freely by agreement with the owner.

The rooms are both very nicely decorated, bright and newly renovated with new furniture and they have both the private bathroom with shower (room Grande also has bathtub), satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. The smallest room Piccola has a double bed and a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and access to the garden. The larger room, Grande has a double bed, a sofa and a bathroom with a toilet and bathtub as well as access to the garden.
A hearty breakfast is served in a cosy living room, located between the house's two bedrooms, overlooking the lake and the garden. Breakfast includes coffee, milk, tea, yoghurt with muesli and / or cornflakes, cake or pie, fruit, jam, nutella, honey, two or three kinds of bread, cold cuts and cheese - should you have special wants or needs please feel free to ask Michela or her husband and they will always try to meet the needs of their customers if they can.
Magical place. Bed and Breakfast Ai Casai is just like ment to be for us. Its the perfect spot to just relax and enjoy the peace. Not touristic at all. Its not far away from Molina de Ledro or Lake Garda.
Warm welcome from the hosts. The place is perfect maintained and you could almost not hear the traffic.
The breakfast had a great variation of breads, butter, jams - but also homemade cakes everyday. Hams, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, coffee and tea.
A super fine small place, where there it is peaceful and quiet.
