Casa Monica is located with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains in the distance. The house is just 30 metres from Lake Ledro in a small authentic village with narrow streets and genuine charm. The house is separated from the lake by the main road. There can be a bit of traffic noise at times. There are not many opportunities for shopping in the town.
There is private parking at the house and it is possible to make use of the pool (between April to September) at the nearby Residence Dromae. On the other side of the road from the house there is a wide lawn with a play area which leads to the public beach next to the lake. A total of 3 apartments are located on this property with a beautiful newly renovated staircase in the historic centre. The apartments all have satellite TV and a balcony with lake views.

- The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is approx. 45 m². It is homely, and has a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with sweeping views of the lake. For rentals of both apartments on the 2nd floor, you can open a partition so you have a four room apartment available.
1 bedroom Apartment B - sleeps 4 (2nd floor):
- The two apartments are on the 2nd floor and are approx. 45 m². They are homely, and have a living room with a double sofa bed (best for children) and a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with sweeping views of the lake. For rentals of both apartments on the 2nd floor, you can open a partition so you have a four room apartment available.
3 bedroom apartment - sleeps 6 (1st floor):
- The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a total of approx. 80 m². The decor is a little old. There is a living room with a sofa, satellite TV and an open kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower, an extra bathroom with a shower and a balcony with lake views.
