Pool overlooking the apple orchard
You will not find many hotels in the Dolomites with on outdoor pool like at Hotel Zum Rosenbaum. It is quite small but it is very pretty since it is made up of mosaics and blends harmoniously into the landscape with its perfect location. There is also an outdoor shower. You can find yourself a sun lounger on the grass and while away the hours. Additionally, there is a covered parking in the grass field for guests in the Suites, and non covered parking for those in rooms, included in the price.
Delightful dining
We strongly recommend that you stay half board here since the restaurant is very special. The intimate atmosphere and the tasty food is really something. With the half-board option you can choose between two starters, main courses and desserts and there is an additional salad buffet. There are local and international dishes comprising fresh and delicious ingredients. The breakfast buffet is also available here and this deserves a chapter to itself. The hotel building was originally a bakery since 1654, and has now since moved out to the neighbouring building, however many fresh items from the bakery are featured in the breakfast buffet, including the wonderful fresh bread that is also served with dinner.
Many cosy small environments
Besides the restaurant, there is also a nice little reception area with information, and an area with local products for sale. From there, you will advance into an atmospheric lounge with a fireplace and bar. The lounge is a nice stopping point on the way up to the rooms, or before or after you have had dinner in the restaurant. The whole place is welcoming and tranquil, as is the small village outside where traffic is minimal.
