Casa Sembenini is located in the centre of Riva del Garda on Via Dante just 200 metres from the lake and the long beach which runs down to Torbole sul Garda.
The house dates back to the beginning of the 1900's, when one of the town's noble families resided here. You are right on the doorstep of the shops, restaurants and entertainment in the centre of town, and close to the beautiful piazza next to the lake.

The house has been completely restored and converted into 10 apartments. All have a kitchen with a microwave and also satellite TV. There is also a large terrace of approx. 300 m² for common use of all guests. Parking can be found either in public places on the streets around or in a garage approx. 300 metres from the house.
NOTE: Smoking is not permitted in either the apartments or on the common terrace.
