Hotel Diamant is quietly and scenic positioned on the main road between Santa Cristina and Ortisei. It is located closer to Santa Cristina at 1.5 km from the town center, that is reached by shuttle bus service from the hotel. The little town is located at an elevation of 1400 meters and situated on the sunny side of Val Gardena offering majestic panorama’s of the impressive rock formation of “the Langkofel” In the center of town you can find various bars and restaurants radiating a South Tyroler atmosphere. From town you have several lifts serving you to the higher plateaus of Monte Pana, Col Raiser, Seceda and the Ciampinoi. These feature a good mix of red and blue pistes for about any level of skier. From here you can reach the well-known Sella Ronda. Between the villages, there are good main connections by public transport giving you the freedom to go anywhere you like. Of course the hotel shuttle bus service also stops at the ski lifts in town.

The large wellness area (1300 m2) features four different saunas, two swimming pools, outdoor whirlpool, steam bath, water beds and rest rooms is exactly what you need after whole day skiing Sellaronda. And if this is not enough for you, you can ask for a body treatment or massage for the finishing touch. There is even a little indoor pool, especially for the little ones. And if they prefer to stay dry, there is a children’s room with toys for them to play.

The stube is right place to celebrate a good day on the slopes with a refreshment and light snack. If you have not moved to the spa yet, of course. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of hot and cold products in the morning and the restaurant serves lovely dishes from the local and Mediterranean cuisine. Every week a South Tyroler evening is organized, offering a 7 course gastronomic diner.
