Tesero is the ideal destination for active tourists who enjoy fresh mountain air combined with activities in the snow. the town also has a small museum - Casa Jellici which in addition to their exhibits, also hold concerts.
The town is located midway between many ski areas, including Latemar ski centre, which also di Pampeago Alpine ski area is a part of. It is located in Lago di Tesero a World Cup Stadium, where the world championships in cross country were held in 1991 and 2003.
