Residence Lores is located in the the charming town of Selva and situated at an elevation of 1563 meters in the middle the Dolomites. The town nickname is named after its most famous resident; Oswald Wolkenstein the poet and minstrel. Selva is the highest town in Val Gardena and from here, out of 3 villages you have the best access to the Sella Ronda. Val Gardena is mostly known for the Sella Ronda, one of the most scenic ski areas with great piste restaurants and bars.
There is a huge variety of slopes among the 121 kilometers of pistes in Val Gardena and even connects with resorts of the Dolomiti Superski. The guaranteed snow makes it a popular region. In summer there are numerous of hiking, climbing and cycling possibilities in the area. Sella Ronda is also a famous track for road cyclists.
Residence Lores is a small residence perfect place for families with smaller children. The apartments are located at easy walking distance from the children ski piste and offers apartments with more than 1 bedroom. At the children ski piste (250 meter) you can also find the kids ski school.
The Residence is located in a quiet part of Selva a bordering the town center uphill with a stunning view over the surrounding mountains of Sella Ronda.

If you stay in the residence, you can make use of the wellness facilities of the sister Residence Antares, located 600 meters away. The wellness features a sauna, Turkish steam bath, Jacuzzi, fitness and indoor pool. Checking in, is also required to do here, and the use other facilities contain: the restaurant (also take away) children’s play /games room with ping pong table, a lounge bar and at Antares there is also WiFi connection. Residence Lores does have lockers for you ski gear and a complimentary parking garage for your car.
All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and a lovely view on the surrounding mountain ranges. The residence offers 3 different types of apartments with a maximum occupancy for 6 persons. Some of them have balconies (available on request) and all of them feature a living room with sofa bed, sat TV and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
