The building houses 38 apartments over five floors and has an elevator and a car park. On site there is a swimming pool (6 x 12 m) with children's pool (6 x 3 m) and guests have free use of one sun umbrella and two sun loungers on the private beach.

Cool apartments on hot summer days
All the apartments are completely renovated and equipped with air conditioning, a balcony with a table and chairs. All kitchens have a dishwasher and a microwave oven. Each apartment also has a satellite TV, a safety deposit box, a coffee machine and a hair dryer in the bathroom.
