Villaggio Tivoli enjoys a quiet location by the centre of town a few meters from shops, and 500 metres from the beach. It consists of 36 terraced houses with private gardens and parking. The site also has a swimming pool for adults and children, and a tennis court.
At Villaggio Tivoli you will find 2 swimming pools and for adults and 2 children's pool complemented by a sun terrace, a playground for kids and a tennis court for slightly older children, although there is a surcharge to use the tennis courts. Each house has its own garden and parking space.
Although the homes are of simple standard many guests come back here year after year because the kids love Villaggio Tivoli.
And when they tend to get bored, Luna Park (amusement park) with its rides is only 700m to away from the villaggio.
At Villaggio Tivoli it is very pleasant that you have the convenience store, little shops, restaurants and cafes just around the corner. And it takes only 10min to go to Viale Aurora, as the evening transformed it into a pedestrian zone and offers a vibrant street life. You can also go down to the sandy beach and the boardwalk that runs along the length of Bibione.

Most apartments have different owners, all of whom have added their own personal touches in terms of decoration. They are generally very simple, yet functional.
The apartments are more like single dwellings, all with a garden. There is a free parking available for guests.
The apartments are approx. 35 m² in size and located on the ground floor. They consist of a living room equipped with a kitchenette, a sofa bed (best for children),and satellite tv. The bedroom comes with a double bed and a bunk bed, bathroom with toilet and additional the garden or terrace accessed from the living.

We had two lovely weeks in Bibione at Villaggio Tivoli. It is not luxury apartments, men nice and neat.
Shopping, dinning and grocery opportunities are within 2-5 min. by foot and 10. minutes to the beach. We loved the little garden/terrace, where we could enjoy the afternoon sun.
