Dine at Hotel Taki

The lake and beach are just 150 metres away, as is the Hotel Taki which has a restaurant. There are also tennis courts, a jacuzzi and a children's pool. All apartments with lake views

All the apartments are nicely but simply furnished and have a balcony or terrace with lake views. Standard apartments are located in two buildings, while superior apartments also have a hair dryer and air conditioning, and are located in the main building. The main building has lift access. Furthermore, superior apartments are cleaned on a daily basis.

Worth knowing about the AC

The air conditioning system at Residence Taki consists of two supporting engines covering all the equipped apartments. The temperature can be regulated 2-3 degrees higher or lower than the standard temperature, and the system works by pumping cold water through the pipes past all the apartments in the building. It's a "green" system with both its perks (better indoor air quality) and snags (slower cooling). In other words, the system lessens the risk of catching a cold, but as it's influenced by the air and humidity outside we recommend you keep the doors and windows shut to get the most out of it.

Dining at Hotel Taki

If you'd rather have someone else cook your meals this holiday you could always go for Residence Takis breakfast- og half pension-option - both available at reasonable prices. The meals aren't the most impressive, but for dinner you'll get served a nice, simple dish along with the salad buffet, and the breakfast comes as a buffet too. The restaurant is at Hotel Takis just across the road (about 100 metres from the apartments) by the lakeshore.

Lake Garda in September

The accommodation was good. The best thing was the lovely terrace and the position close to the pool. The bad thing was, they hadn't noticed that some lights were broken, and there wasn't a lot of household items such as cutlery, glasses, etc. The apartment were for 4-6 people, but there was only enough for 4 people, no more. The sofa bed wasn't very nice to sit on and was probably not nice as a bed either. Coffee maker wasn't included, you had to rent it for a deposit.

Super

Super lovely place. The apartment was nice and clean, and we enjoyed the daily cleaning. The staff at the place was also really nice - so no complaints about that. The pool was fantastic.

The only thing you have to remember is, that there is relatively far to shopping facilities - and there isn't huge possibilities for taking a walk into town in the evening, without having to take the car first.

A fantastic week far up

Thank you for a lovely week !
The location of the apartments is completely unique, high up on a mountain side, nice apartment however with usual Italian moderation - not a lot of kitchen utensils - so e.g. a kettle, a proper pot and a frying pan can be brought along, if you wish to cook a couple of days. The terrace with the view is absolutely indescribable. The swimming pool is great, big and clean. There's enough sunbeds. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Fine hotel with a lovely view.

The hotel was fine, but there wasn't a bar or snacks to buy near the rooms - the rooms was up a very steep hill. It wasn't within walking distance of the nearest town either, as described on In-Italias website. Except that, all was well. It was a nice hotel with some fine rooms and a big pool, it is absolutely worth a visit.

Great vacation

We had a great vacation at Hotel Taki. I do think its a bit of shame that you have to pay for towels per week and for some bed sheets.
I think that towels and sheets should be free. It would've been great with a pool towel. By the big pool, which we used, there was a ice cream sign, would've been nice with a little bar that sold sold ice cream and cool drinks, instead of you having to take the long way down to the beach for ice cream. The apartment was OK, there was a lot of ants, however. All in all a lovely holiday and enjoyed sitting on the terrace at night while playing and enjoying the view.

The pictures under-exaggerate the place and location :)

A week in a big, bright and lovely apartment, with a wonderful view and pool area, great hotel and beach by the lake.

Really magnificent place, wonderful place, and lovely people, 4-5 km to nearest shopping, but it isn't a problem. And yet, it is still central to the southern cities like Verona, etc.

Fine service, sweet people and we will definitely be back!
