Experience a country house setting
Until 1999 I Cortivi was a private country house, but then it was thoroughly renovated and now consists of approx. 15 privately owned apartments with private gardens, only some of which are rented to tourists. The apartments share the large garden of approx. 5000 m² with a swimming pool, which offers views towards Lake Garda. If arriving by car, there is a common underground garage. Wi-Fi is available for free from the living room and terraces of the apartments.

Visit the town and around
In the town of Costermano you will find a bakery, a few shops and several restaurants - and if you are looking for more choice, you can take a trip to the centre of Garda town. The place is fine as a starting point for excursions in the area and it is only 8 kilometres off the motorway exit at Affi. From there it is about. 35 kilometres from Verona, and around 150 km to Venice.
Behind the walls
Once you get behind the gates of the estate you will feel more like you are in Tuscany than Garda. There is peace and quiet and unrivalled views. The quality of everything is high including the construction, the interior design and everything is very well maintained. The apartments are designed differently and have different colour schemes, but both are nice and in good condition, and both have their own small furnished garden. The apartments are right next to each other and so can be rented together if you are a large family or group.
