You can appreciate the green and natural surroundings at Residence Filanda since it is situated in a sunny position, in the green hills of Riva del Garda. The building itself dates from the late 1800's and has much charm.
Pools for all ages and outdoor space
Because the building is character, there are no balconies, but instead all apartments have a private outdoor space. The atmosphere is wonderful with a large portico, vaulted ceilings, and characteristic columns and stairs from the building's era. The garden is large and green with a great swimming pool for adults and a children's pool next door and also a playground. There is also a good restaurant on site so you don't have to take a trip to the town when you are hungry. Available to guests is also a coin laundry, a reception and parking.

Apartments
The apartments are well furnished and come with a TV with some satellite channels, a safety deposit box, heating and a telephone. Some apartments have a terrace with either direct access or in the garden, whose prices are slightly higher.

- The apartments are approx. 40 m² and are located in the attic. They are composed of a living room with a kitchenette and two beds as sofa beds (best for children), a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
1 bedroom apartment - sleeps 2/4 (type A without terrace):
- The apartments are approx. 43 m² and consist of a living room with a kitchenette and two beds as sofa beds (best for children), a double bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
