Casa Adriana is in a beautiful and tranquil green setting in the small town of Costermano approx. 2 km from the centre of Garda City.
At Casa Adriana has just 5 apartments in total which are distributed around the large garden, either in independent houses or townhouses. Here you benefit from being just one of five apartments to share the new pool - that was only installed for summer 2014 (previously there was a freestanding pool), playground and the washing machine (for a fee).

You can reach the lake on foot from here if you are the type that likes a walk, or - from between April to October - by a shuttle bus service that connects the area with Garda town several times a day. The scenery of the hills, olive groves and vineyards along the way is lovely. We recommend that you arrive by car - there are garage or parking spaces for all apartments. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Costermano, located a few hundred metres from here.
The apartments are large but simply furnished and all have a private entrance, a safety deposit box, satellite TV, a coffee maker, a grill, a terrace and garage or parking space.
The apartment is approx. 65 - 70 m² and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen with gas hob, coffee maker and fridge, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

A really lovely and calm place. Smiling and friendly owners. It was fantastic to be in a small separate house from the pool where there was only about 8 m. down to the pool from the terrace. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The house does need and update, though. Very old and worn kitchen. The cleaning of the kitchen wasn't top notch either. And equipment in it was VERY sparse. Had to go and buy a scissor and knife that could could just a little. Even the bread knife couldn't cut any bread!!! But besides all that, we had a very lovely holiday. And a fantastic service from your side ???? Really happy we could bring our small dog.
