Despite only being 400 metres from the centre of Garda, it is set in a peaceful residential area. From here you can easily walk to the town and find many places to eat and shop and in general enjoy the vibrant lake town's atmosphere.

The facilities on site include a swimming pool (about 12 x 5 metres) with sun loungers and parasols, a children's pool, outdoor play area, a fitness corner, table tennis, laundry facilities (extra charge) and a garage.

Good facilities in the apartments
The apartments have satellite TV, air conditioning, a safety deposit box and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, hob and a microwave. All the apartments feature either a furnished balcony or terrace with a table and chairs and a barbeque area. NOTE: Check-in takes place exclusively between the hours of 16:00 - 19.00. It is not possible to check in after 19.00.
