In fact the Residence looks more like a campsite with its large outdoor areas that seem to sprawl on. There is certainly a lot of space here for the children to play. The lake is on one side of the residence, and the mountains are on the other side creating a very natural and scenic setting.
You will find many great facilities in this large holiday park including 2 large swimming pools, several children's pools and playgrounds, table tennis, and four tennis courts. There is also a restaurant/pizzeria (also take-away) and bar on site. with a great terrace with lake views. A small supermarket is located right by the units making it possible to do your daily shopping here. These facilities make this an place ideal for families with young children who want a relaxing holiday in a green environment, and where there is plenty of space for children to run and play and where it is not necessary to go out every day. Parco del Garda is next door to Hotel Marco Polo, which has some of the common facilities which are shared with hotel guests, including the reception.

The site has 100 units in total and all have a telephone, TV, safety deposit box, furnished terrace or balcony with the exception of the studio apartments. The few apartments there are all centred around the supermarket. They are of a lower standard than the bungalows, because they are slightly older and not so well furnished.

We have, once again, had a lovely holiday in an apartment and have enjoyed it as per usual.
We don't demand luxury, but definitely not slums either - and this is lovely - it is possible to be yourself, speak with others, cook food yourself and room for everyone and especially kids.
We are well satisfied with this area and with the help you get after, when you need it. Italian measurement of time is something you have to get used to - everything doesn't always go equally fast.
Everything was as planned. Very good service, hard to find anything to complain about.
Once again we had a super lovely holiday at Parco del Garda. The place is just so lovely. Not top modern, but for the price it is top class.
I believed we ordered a BW for 7 people
I have been there 10 times before, and would've gone for a BW closer to the pool, since I believe that number 25 is as big as the BW we lived in previously?
Had hoped for 3 rooms, not 2 plus living room which all have.
Can't see the difference on the 2 types of houses except for the price??
The restaurant is fantastic again.
